Launched in 1974, the Ford Escort MK 2 was one of the most influential cars of the 70's and 80's.  Over the years my eyes are still drawn to the rectangular square grill that even the latest Ford Ranger has re-invented in 2023.

Today I wanted to go through some of the best Ford Escort (MK2) t-shirts I've found, what I like about them and why they would make the best gift for this nostalgic car petrolhead.

Mark 2 Escort Rally T-Shirt

I absolutely love this design, it really captures the Rally version of the Ford Escort (MKII). The print is clear and not too "in your face".

As with most full-colour print t-shirts, you need to take care when ironing and washing with a maximum wash temperature of 30 degrees.

Available in sizes (S, M, L, XL, 2XL) the silhouette side view of the Mark 2 Escort looks absolutely amazing and reminds us of the t-shirts we once made.

The print is white and looks to be made from premium HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl). HTV is such a fantastic material that it can only only be washed at higher temperatures when compared to print, but will stretch without cracking or peeling.
